Midlife Women Rock Cafés featured on TG4 Menopause documentary 2022

The FREE   monthly events started in June 2019 in Waterford. We then went on to zoom for almost two years during the pandemic. We had women from all over Ireland and parts of  the UK  join us during lockdowns. We are now back face to face since September 2022 at the Avo cafe at Waterford Health Park. Information on menopause is provided in a safe space where   women share their stories (optional) and support one another. We laugh, we cry but most of all we have each other’s back  in this safe space. With awareness, education and support women learn to THRIVE  through their meno years. Just email me if you would like to join us some month. We now meet on the first TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH from 10 to 12MD.All Welcome.
