6 Week Courses

6-week Group Course

This is a weekly 2-hour transformational programme over 6 weeks. It usually takes place from 7pm to 9pm on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Maximum 12 per group. Content includes everything from diagnosis, to symptoms, management pathways, managing work, confidence building and pathways out of menopause. Workbook included. 1 to 1 consultation with me and a weekly Facebook Live session to check in. Lots of sharing and learning guaranteed. Next course starts in February 2021 over Zoom. 6 Week Private Course

This is for women who are more comfortable discussing this life phase on a one to one basis. I usually work around the individual’s needs. I can do lunchtime, morning or evening consultations over the 6 weeks. We cover everything from the group course, including diagnosis, symptoms, management pathways, managing work, confidence building and pathways out of menopause over the 6 weeks.
