6-week Group Course

This is a  2-hour weekly transformational programme over 6 weeks.  Content includes everything from Why we need to talk about Menopause, diagnosis, to symptoms, management pathways, managing work, confidence building and pathways out of menopause. Workbook included. 1 to 1 consultation with me and a weekly Facebook Live session to check in. Lots of sharing and learning guaranteed.  Email me for further details.

6 Week Private Course

This is for women who are more comfortable discussing this life phase on a one to one basis. I usually work around the individual’s needs. I can do lunchtime, morning or evening consultations over the 6 weeks. We cover everything from the group course, including diagnosis, symptoms, management pathways, managing work, confidence building and pathways out of menopause over the 6 weeks.
