Midlife and menopausal women make up the fastest growing cohort at work. Thus, information, understanding and support is vital for employers, organisations, and employees.
8 in every 10 menopausal women are currently at work.
Menopause work policies are increasing rapidly throughout the U.K. having started initially within the U.K. police force. Irish women at work deserve the same support.
