The research from Professor Rose Anne Kenny (Trinity College Dublin) the late Dr Michael Mosley and the neuroscientist Dr Sabinaย  Brennan(Still ME her latest book) all point to lifestyle factors being pivotal to understand in the prevention of disease as we age.
