    • Women aged 45-55 years have the highest incidence of mental health issues across the female lifespan(CSO,2019)
    • How the brain changes as women move from peri to post menopause
    • Bio psycho socio- cultural factors impacting on mental health in midlife
    • Strategies to prevent or improve low mood anxiety palpitations anger
    • Poor concentration– brain fog dip in self- esteem all common at this life stage
    • Signposting for supports within your workplace EAP or externally

    This session is often requested during mental health awareness days in work.
